No surprises. Here's exactly what you're signing up for.
What happens if the opening is delayed?
Access during the Soft Opening period is a complimentary benefit. If the Soft Opening is delayed, your 12-month membership will still run from 1 January to 31 December 2027, without extension. If the Soft Opening is delayed by more than 90 days beyond 22 November 2026, you may request a full refund.
When does my 12-month term start?
Your 12-month membership runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. As an exclusive presale benefit across all three waves, you also enjoy complimentary membership access from Soft Opening until 31 December 2026.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Annual members receive up to 3 months of voluntary freeze per year, which can be split across up to 3 separate pauses. Simply give 1 day's notice. Your membership end date extends out day-for-day so no paid time is lost, and your Founding rate protection remains intact.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No. At Nomads, nothing auto-renews. Your membership simply runs to its end date and stops, there are no hidden auto-debits. We send a single courtesy reminder 14 days prior to your end date, inviting you to re-new to protect your Founding price lock.
Is court time included?
No. Tribe buys padel priority, not free court time. Court bookings remain pay-per-use at the standard IDR 660k/hour rate. However, your Founding Membership grants you a 28-day priority booking window (vs. 7 days for the public), recurring weekly slot-locks, and a waived court ball-machine fee of 60 minutes per month.
What if Wave 1 sells out?
Wave 1 is limited to the first 100 memberships at IDR 40M/year. Once sold out, Wave 2 opens at IDR 45M/year, followed by Wave 3 at IDR 50M/year. Each wave is limited to 100 memberships.
Why is there a 300-member soft cap?
We're limiting our Founding Membership Campaign to 300 members to maintain an exclusive experience and ensure our facilities, classes and recovery spaces remain enjoyable for everyone.
Are taxes included in the displayed price?
Yes. All displayed prices are final and carry the applicable PBJT local tax. The customer pays the exact number on the page with zero hidden fees or desk additions.
How can I pay for my Founding Membership?
Founding Memberships can currently be paid via OCBC Bank Transfer. Credit card payments are coming soon. Our team will guide you through the payment process via WhatsApp. Founding Memberships cannot be purchased using Playtomic wallet credit.
When will I receive my Founding Welcome Kit?
Your exclusive Limited Edition Welcome Kit will be available from 1 January 2027, when your annual membership officially begins.
