// PERFORMANCE LAB · Opening November 2026
We build strength for the movements padel actually asks for. We train it into your game. We maintain it with mobility and recovery. And when something needs hands on it, our physios and sports massage team are already here — no referral, no waiting list.
// Why we built it this way
It demands lateral speed, rotational power, reactive agility, and overhead strength, not bench press numbers or bodybuilder aesthetics.
Most gym programs aren’t built around those demands. Ours is built around nothing else. Every class, every session, every piece of equipment came back to one question: does this make you move better, react faster, and avoid injuries on a padel court?
// How it works
01.
A gym built for the court.
185m² of functional training space. Free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, agility tools and conditioning equipment—everything you need, nothing you don’t.
02.
Make movement your advantage.
KUAT and ROAM run 12 times a week, built specifically for padel players. On Saturday, The Grid puts the whole village to work on court.
03.
Measure what matters.
Personal training, performance testing and individual programs from a full-time team invested in your game—not generic gym progress.
// How it works
60 min · MON–FRI · ALL LEVELS
Not the kind of strong that looks good in a mirror. The kind that makes you explosive off the baseline, stable under pressure, and powerful through every smash. A full program in 60 minutes
WARM UP
Dynamic mobility, joint prep and movement activation.
STRENGTH
Compound movements that build the raw power behind your split-step.
CONDITIONING
Lateral bounds, agility ladder and sprint work for reactive speed.
COOLDOWN
Breathe, reset, leave worked—not wrecked.
// PADEL-SPECIFIC MOBILITY
60 min · MON–FRI · ALL LEVELS
A deliberate, coach-led mobility session that targets the exact restrictions that slow padel players down and undoes them, systematically, session by session.
MOVE FREELY
Hips that rotate freely. Shoulders that don't lock up mid-match.
RECOVER WELL
An intelligent reset after a hard court session.
START ANYWHERE
No fitness level or equipment required. Just show up.
// COMMUNITY CIRCUIT
60 MIN · SATURDAY · ON THE COURTS
Across two padel courts, the back glass becomes a reaction wall, the net a training target, and the court lines an agility grid. Eight stations. Four minutes each.
08
MOVE FREELY
Hips that rotate freely. Shoulders that don't lock up mid-match.
04
MINUTES
At every station. Enough time to find the edge.
01
RALLY
A scored mini-rally challenge ends every Saturday.
// PERFORMANCE TESTING
Not a generic fitness test. A padel-specific movement assessment that measures the physical qualities that predict how well you play.
01
Specific padel mobility
02
Med ball throw
03
Lateral bound, each side
04
Broad jump
05
Short agility sprint

// THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAM
Movement quality. Athletic performance. Long-term resilience.
Jan’s work spans a decade with professional tennis and football players, Olympic swimmers and CrossFit Games athletes. Today he brings that experience to the space most coaches avoid: preventing the injuries that stop people playing.
// Physio & Sports Massage · Opening November 2026
Padel injures the same places in the same order, and most physios only see them one at a time. Ours sees them all week, on the courts they happened on. Treatment that knows the sport is treatment that gets you back to it faster — and keeps you there.
// WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Padel loads the body in ways almost nothing else does.
Overhead smashes into external rotation. Constant lateral push-off on a hard surface. Rotation through a spine that’s braced, not free. Deceleration into the glass. Do that three times a week and the same four injuries turn up again and again.
Treating the symptom sends you back into the same pattern that caused it. We look at how you actually move on court — the split-step, the bandeja, the reach for the low volley — and change the mechanics underneath the pain.
That’s the advantage of a physio inside a padel club rather than down the road from one.
// THE PHYSIOTHERAPY JOURNEY
Physiotherapy is rarely a straight line. Wherever you start, the process is individual.
01
Understand before we intervene.
Symptoms, movement, strength, mobility, playing volume and injury history — plus how you actually move on court. The pain is where we start, not what we’re looking for.
02
Build back what was lost.
Hands-on treatment, mobility work and targeted strength, sequenced to return function rather than just settle symptoms.
03
Don't wait for the next injury.
Most padel injuries recur because the mechanics that caused them are still there. We find the pattern and change it — movement quality, capacity, and how much load your week is actually asking for.
04
Back on court, and staying there.
Guided by capacity and readiness, not the calendar. And because your coach and your performance team are in the same building, your return to play is one conversation, not three.
// THE EXPERIENCE
Recovery should feel different.
From the moment you walk in, every detail is designed to create a professional, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

// WHAT WE HELP YOU WITH
You don’t need a diagnosis to book. Most of what we prevent starts as something you ignored.
01
Shoulders, knees, ankles and lower backs — the four the sport takes most. Treated by someone who sees them every week.
02
Acute and persistent musculoskeletal pain, injuries and movement-related problems, in or out of sport.
03
Load management, movement quality and the strength work that stops the same injury coming back.
04
Mobility, strength, balance and coordination — for padel and for everything else you do.
05
Structured progression back to full training and competition, guided by capacity and readiness.
06
Rebuilding mobility, strength and confidence after surgery, at whatever pace your body allows.
07
Not a spa hour. Deep tissue and soft-tissue work aimed at what padel actually tightens , hips, thoracic spine, forearms, calves. Book it after a hard session, before a tournament, or weekly as maintenance. If a therapist finds something that needs more than hands, the physio team is one door away.
// The Therapist BEHIND YOUR RECOVERY
Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Sports Science from Udayana University, and C-OMPT certified through AFTA — an orthopaedic manual therapy qualification held by very few physiotherapists in Bali. Ten years of clinical practice behind him.
His approach is biomechanical: the body as one connected system, where a painful shoulder often starts at the hip and a sore back is usually a rotation problem somewhere else. Inside a seven-court padel village, that lens gets specific fast — he sees the same injuries, from the same movements, on the same courts, every week.
